The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging football coaching sessions across school terms.
- Collaborate with the Head of Football on programme planning and communication.
- Create and document detailed coaching session plans.
- Continuously review and improve coaching methods and outcomes.
- Support the development of student-athletes through structured training and mentorship.
- Ensure all sessions align with the school’s standards and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on player progress and programme effectiveness.
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- FA Level 2 qualification (FA Level 3/UEFA B or higher preferred).
- Minimum of three years’ coaching experience in youth sports.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong commitment to personal and professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience in programme planning and development.
- Background in safeguarding and child protection.
- Familiarity with the school’s values and mission.
- Experience with session planning and documentation.
