The Opportunity:

As a Foundation Stage Teacher, you will create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where young children thrive. Using developmentally appropriate practice and an inquiry-driven approach, you will deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework, supporting children's social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Foster strong relationships with children and families, creating a supportive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Promote early language, literacy, and numeracy through play-based learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of provision and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
• Uphold the school’s mission, values, and safeguarding expectations.
• Support the development of children’s social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to the school’s ecological and educational vision.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Native-level English language skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent with QTS or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching EYFS or Key Stage 1 in British schools.
• A track record of outstanding teaching and learning.
• Ability to create a caring and nurturing classroom environment.

Preferred

• Experience with project-based and experiential learning.
• Knowledge of ecological education and sustainability principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
