Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement creative and innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and progress.
- Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s leadership and character development programmes.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
- Support the school’s mission by inspiring students to become confident, responsible, and socially aware leaders.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven ability to teach French to GCSE standard.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding attainment and achievement in a secondary school setting.
- Strong organisational and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student success and a passion for education.
Preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing leadership and character-building initiatives.
- Experience with inclusive teaching practices and supporting diverse student needs.
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
