The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced French Teacher to join our MYP and IBDP programs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction in French across the MYP and IBDP curricula.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with IB standards and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support student learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress through formative and summative assessments.
  • Support students in achieving academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with parents and the school community to foster a supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of bilingual and cross-cultural competencies in students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A university degree and recognised teaching qualification.
  • Extensive experience in teaching French, preferably within an IB program.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets and drive excellence.
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

Preferred

  • Experience with the IB Middle Years Program (MYP) and Diploma Program (IBDP).
  • Familiarity with data-informed teaching practices.
  • Experience in a culturally diverse and international educational setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
