The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and organised Front Office Administrator to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the school. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the school's mission and providing a high standard of service to students, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate and manage school events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student and staff information.
  • Support the administrative team in the efficient running of the school office.
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming service to all visitors and parents.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of school communications and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with external agencies and organisations as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in an administrative or front office role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Preferred

  • Experience with school management systems or similar software.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Experience in a school environment with a strong focus on student welfare.
