Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in a positive and encouraging environment.
- Assist with daily classroom activities and student welfare.

- Assist in organizing and participating in school events and activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Currently on a Gap Year and available to start in January 2026.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to undergo child protection screening and DBS checks.
Preferred
- Previous experience in an educational or youth support role.
- Knowledge of child development and learning strategies.
- Experience with positive behavior management techniques.
