Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in a positive and encouraging environment.
  • Assist with daily classroom activities and student welfare.
  • Promote confidence and self-belief through positive reinforcement.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and parents to ensure student success.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school culture.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in school events and activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to students in a nurturing and professional manner.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Currently on a Gap Year and available to start in January 2026.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student welfare and development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to undergo child protection screening and DBS checks.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in an educational or youth support role.
  • Knowledge of child development and learning strategies.
  • Experience with positive behavior management techniques.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
