Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction to help students consolidate learning and prepare for exams
- Tailor your teaching to individual student needs and provide targeted support
- Create a positive, engaging, and motivating classroom environment
- Offer guidance to boost students’ confidence and academic skills
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and academic staff
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies aligned with UK exam board requirements
- Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant academic degree or teaching qualification
- Previous teaching experience (essential)
- Strong knowledge of UK exam boards and their requirements in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning needs and provide effective feedback
- Strong passion for teaching and inspiring students
Preferred
- Experience with GCSE-level English teaching
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
- Experience working with international students
- Experience in a school or college setting
