Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction to help students consolidate learning and prepare for exams
  • Tailor your teaching to individual student needs and provide targeted support
  • Create a positive, engaging, and motivating classroom environment
  • Offer guidance to boost students’ confidence and academic skills
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and academic staff
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies aligned with UK exam board requirements
  • Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant academic degree or teaching qualification
  • Previous teaching experience (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of UK exam boards and their requirements in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different learning needs and provide effective feedback
  • Strong passion for teaching and inspiring students

Preferred

  • Experience with GCSE-level English teaching
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
  • Experience working with international students
  • Experience in a school or college setting
