Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality GCSE tuition to students in Dubai
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) using the Bright Heart Approach
Develop individual learning plans tailored to each student’s needs
Communicate regularly with parents and education consultants
Attend training and workshops to enhance tutoring skills
Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Track student progress and provide regular feedback
Collaborate with other tutors and support staff to ensure consistent delivery

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

At least 12 months of relevant tutoring and/or teaching experience in the UK
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong subject knowledge in GCSE-level subjects
University qualification or studying towards one and A-levels
Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
Valid Enhanced DBS certificate (with a check of the children’s barred list)
2 relevant professional references and a parent reference

Preferred

Experience with online tutoring
Experience working with students lacking confidence or motivation
Familiarity with the Bright Heart Approach
Previous experience in the National Tutoring Programme (NTP)
Knowledge of study techniques and transition support
