Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in science education.
  • Strong subject knowledge in General Science, with the ability to teach GCSE Physics as an advantage.
  • Commitment to the school’s values, including achievement, support for all, purposeful citizenship, individuality, and enquiring and creative minds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working within a team and contributing to a collaborative environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in a co-educational setting.
  • Experience with teaching students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with using technology in the classroom, such as Microsoft Surface tablets.
  • Experience in leading or contributing to extracurricular activities.
