Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of an innovative and impactful Geography curriculum.
- Support and mentor colleagues within the Humanities department to ensure consistent teaching standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other subject leads to drive school-wide improvement.
- Inspire and motivate students through passionate and effective teaching.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement in learning outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in teaching Geography at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography education.
- Experience in curriculum development and leadership within a school setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to student success and high standards of teaching.
Preferred
