Key Responsibilities:

- Support students in developing key skills and a deep understanding of Geography
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events
- Maintain accurate records and report student progress regularly
- Stay up to date with current Geography education trends and best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and teaching qualification
- Experience in teaching Geography at secondary level
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience with delivering Geography in a school with an established sixth form
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies
- Experience in developing and leading extracurricular Geography activities
- Strong track record in raising student achievement and engagement
