Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons to students across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that reflects the school’s commitment to academic excellence and student success.
- Support students in achieving their full potential through differentiated teaching and individualised feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Geography Department and across the school to enhance teaching and learning practices.
- Participate in a comprehensive induction and professional development programme to further your teaching expertise.
- Contribute to the school’s strong behaviour and relationships policy, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay up to date with developments in Geography and incorporate innovative teaching methods into lessons.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Geography or a related subject.
- Experience teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4.
- Commitment to student success and a passion for Geography education.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture.
Preferred
- Experience teaching Geography at KS5.
- Previous experience in a school with a strong academic tradition.
- Involvement in extracurricular Geography activities or fieldwork.
- Experience with professional development and continuing education initiatives.
