Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Geography teacher with relevant experience.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for Geography education.
  • Commitment to the school’s values, including high expectations for all students.
  • Ability to deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum based on powerful knowledge and traditional teaching methods.

Preferred

  • Experience with collaborative planning and shared resources.
  • Familiarity with Rosenshine’s principles and Lemov’s ‘Teach Like a Champion’.
  • Experience in whole-class feedback and minimising marking workload.
  • Background in inclusive education and student support strategies.
