Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues on planning and resource development, using shared units of work and centralised resources.
- Implement a whole-class feedback policy to enhance learning outcomes and reduce administrative burden.

- Participate in ongoing professional development, coaching, and training opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Geography teacher with relevant experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Geography education.
- Commitment to the school’s values, including high expectations for all students.
- Ability to deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum based on powerful knowledge and traditional teaching methods.
Preferred
- Experience with collaborative planning and shared resources.
- Familiarity with Rosenshine’s principles and Lemov’s ‘Teach Like a Champion’.
- Experience in whole-class feedback and minimising marking workload.
- Background in inclusive education and student support strategies.
