The Opportunity:

As a Graduate Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s extracurricular programme and boarding life. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates with an interest in sport, music, or marketing to gain valuable experience in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of team sports such as rugby, hockey, tennis, and cricket.
  • Assist in the administration and delivery of music lessons, practice, and productions.
  • Help manage school communications and marketing with a focus on social media.
  • Contribute to the pastoral care and boarding life of pupils in the boarding houses.
  • Assist with evening and weekend activities for boarding pupils.
  • Support school trips, both local and international.
  • Participate in enrichment activities, clubs, and events.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Recent graduate or current university student on a professional placement year.
  • Commitment to the holistic nature of life at a boarding school, including weekend and evening duties.
  • Willingness to work in a team and contribute to a wide range of school activities.

Preferred

  • Background or strong interest in sport, music, or marketing.
  • Experience in coaching or leading extracurricular activities.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience with social media or marketing tools.
