The Opportunity:

The Graduate Teacher Programme is a 4-year initiative designed to fast-track the careers of ambitious graduates into international teaching. This programme provides full immersion in a world-leading school, mentorship, and the opportunity to complete a fully funded IPGCE, setting you on a path to leadership in international education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow and learn from experienced teaching professionals in a world-class international school.
  • Complete a fully funded IPGCE qualification within the first year of the programme.
  • Deliver lessons in your chosen specialism while supported by a bespoke Recently Qualified Teacher (RCT) programme.
  • Transition into a full teaching role within the school network after two years of training and development.
  • Engage in co-curricular and boarding activities to enhance student experiences.
  • Participate in leadership training and mentorship opportunities to accelerate career progression.
  • Contribute to a dynamic, multicultural teaching environment and student success.
  • Build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within the AISL Harrow network.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated commitment to education and a passion for teaching.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to either Bangkok or Hong Kong.
  • Commitment to completing the IPGCE qualification.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching or education-related roles.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Experience with international education systems.
  • Background in co-curricular or extracurricular activities.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience.
