The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to contribute to a school's marketing initiatives. This role involves creating visually appealing designs across various media, supporting the school's brand and communication goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality graphic designs for print and digital platforms, including brochures, posters, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all materials align with the school’s brand guidelines.
  • Manage a variety of design projects from concept to final delivery, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Create engaging visual content for digital advertisements, presentations, and signage.
  • Support the production of marketing materials such as prospectuses, leaflets, and banner stands.
  • Maintain and update digital assets in line with the school’s communication strategy.
  • Work closely with photographers and other designers to ensure consistency in visual style.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to enhance the school's marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A strong portfolio of graphic design work demonstrating experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
  • Experience in creating print and digital marketing materials.
  • Passion for education and understanding of the post-16 curriculum.

Preferred

  • Experience in the education sector or with educational institutions.
  • Knowledge of T-Levels or vocational courses.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and social media content creation.
  • Experience with photography and image editing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £23,491 to £24,434 per annum.
