The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative hairdressing lessons that combine theory with hands-on practice.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback to students to support their progress and confidence.
- Develop and update course content to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with industry standards.
- Support students in building the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers in the beauty sector.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance the school’s reputation for excellence in education.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Level 3 Qualification or above in Hairdressing.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment.
- Extensive industry experience in hairdressing.
- Current knowledge of all hairdressing areas, health & safety, and the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students.
Preferred
- Previous teaching experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or equivalent.
- Ability to support and develop new teachers in education.
