Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business and Economics department, ensuring high academic standards and student success.

- Manage budgets and oversee assessment and exam processes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department and maintain high-quality learning environments.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a school or educational setting.
- Strong subject knowledge in Business and Economics at GCSE and A Level.
- Experience in curriculum development and staff management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
