Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and impactful learning experience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Provide professional development and support to teaching staff.
- Ensure alignment with school and Trust-wide educational priorities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Computer Science.
- Proven leadership experience in a school setting.
- Strong curriculum development and implementation skills.
- Experience in assessing and reporting student progress.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students and colleagues.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Preferred
- Experience in a school leadership role.
- Experience with curriculum design and review.
- Familiarity with computing and digital technologies.
- Experience with teaching in a diverse and inclusive environment.
