Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate technology across the curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring continuous improvement in outcomes.
- Promote a culture of innovation and excellence in Computer Science education.
- Work closely with students to inspire and develop their digital skills and confidence.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in computer science and digital learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a Computer Science department.
- Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science and digital learning.
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience with 1:1 device programs and digital learning strategies.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and technologies.
- Experience in leading school-wide digital transformation initiatives.
- Background in education leadership or senior management roles.
