Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Computing department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that reflects the latest trends and opportunities in computing.

- Support and mentor colleagues within the department to enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate computing across the curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in computing or related subjects.
- Proven leadership experience in a school department.
- Strong knowledge of computing qualifications at Key Stages 4 and 5.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student success.

- Experience in leading curriculum development or innovation in computing.
