Summary:

Head of Education Programme seeks a strategic leader to drive curriculum and professional development across Prep and Pre-Prep education.

The Opportunity:

As the Head of Education Programme, you will play a pivotal role in shaping curriculum innovation and professional development across Prep and Pre-Prep education. This is an opportunity to influence educational strategy and support a school committed to nurturing confident, articulate, and globally minded students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the refinement and rollout of curriculum models, particularly within Prep and EYFS settings.
  • Identify and share best practice in Prep and/or EYFS settings across current and new schools.
  • Assist in the development of Prep/EYFS-specific resources and training materials.
  • Coordinate CPD opportunities for Prep and EYFS educators and contribute to the Malvern Pathways programme.
  • Lead the creation of a half-termly education newsletter featuring staff stories and best practice.
  • Explore and implement group-wide educational partnerships and subscription systems for shared efficiencies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a group-wide AI strategy in education.
  • Promote the use of generative AI tools and edtech platforms to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Liaise with HR teams to align recruitment timelines and processes.
  • Support the production of candidate packs and onboarding materials.
  • Analyze data on educational outcomes, assessment results, and university offers.
  • Contribute to impact reporting and evaluation of educational initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in curriculum development and educational leadership.
  • Strong understanding of early years and Prep education.
  • Experience in professional development and staff training.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with AI and edtech platforms.
  • Background in educational innovation and technology.
  • Experience in supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with educational partnerships and subscription systems.
  • Experience in creating and managing newsletters or digital content.
