Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in history.
- Proven leadership experience in a school or college setting.
- Strong track record in teaching and inspiring students to achieve high standards.
- Experience in curriculum development and departmental leadership.
- Commitment to the school’s Christian ethos and values.
Preferred
- Experience in leading a department within a multi-academy trust.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices in history teaching.
- Experience in pastoral care and student support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
