Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Humanities department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for curriculum delivery and student achievement.
  • Support and mentor staff within the department to enhance teaching standards.
  • Contribute to the overall leadership of the school, including involvement in key initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student engagement and well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in teaching and leading a department.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Humanities.
  • Excellent classroom management and teaching skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take on leadership responsibilities.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and student success.

Preferred
