The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Head of Marketing and Digital Content to elevate the school’s profile and enhance its digital presence. This role is central to promoting the school’s unique strengths and engaging with parents, alumni, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase the school’s visibility and attract prospective families.
  • Manage and maintain the school’s digital content across all platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Headmistress and Head of Admissions to align marketing efforts with the school’s strategic goals.
  • Organize and execute marketing events, both on and off campus, to build relationships with current and prospective families.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure effective use of resources and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the school community to create content that reflects the school’s values and achievements.
  • Support the admissions process by producing compelling materials and maintaining a strong online presence.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with the school’s ethos and promote its unique strengths.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in marketing, particularly within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including content creation and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns and budgets.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational institution setting.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Experience with print and digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with educational marketing trends and best practices.
