Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and mentor staff, providing professional development opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring continuous improvement in achievement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate mathematics across the curriculum.

  • Represent the department in school-wide meetings and external events.
  • Ensure the effective use of resources and technology in teaching and learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within education.
  • Strong subject knowledge in mathematics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a department.
  • Experience in curriculum development and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred
