The Opportunity:

As the Head of Mathematics, you will lead a dynamic department and inspire students to achieve excellence in Mathematics. This role is pivotal in shaping the academic experience and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality curriculum aligned with Cambridge IGCSE and A Level standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance pedagogical practices and classroom management across the department.
  • Model excellent teaching practices and support the professional development of departmental staff.
  • Promote the Lasallian Mission and Core Values throughout the school community.
  • Ensure curriculum planning, preparation, assessment, and reporting meet the school’s expectations.
  • Support the continuous development and improvement of the Mathematics curriculum.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to professional development and innovation in teaching.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Mathematics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

Preferred
