Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant subject.
  • Valid certified professional teaching qualification and license.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong subject knowledge and pedagogic skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working with English Language Learners.
  • Familiarity with international curricula such as IB, British, or American.
  • Experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
