The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of peripatetic teachers to deliver a high-quality music curriculum.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive music strategy aligned with the school’s educational goals.
  • Organize and oversee the delivery of musical events, performances, and extracurricular activities.
  • Foster a culture of musical excellence and creativity across all year groups.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate music into the broader school curriculum.
  • Support the professional development of music staff and encourage innovative teaching practices.
  • Ensure the music program meets the school's standards and contributes to the overall educational experience.
  • Promote engagement and participation in music among students and the wider school community.

Qualifications & Skills:
