Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall operations and strategic direction of the school.
• Develop and implement policies and initiatives that align with the school’s mission and vision.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, wellbeing, and professional growth for staff and students.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
• Monitor and evaluate academic performance, ensuring continuous improvement across all levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, the community, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the school’s strategic goals and long-term planning.
• Promote the school’s values and ethos through leadership and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven leadership experience in a senior educational leadership role.
• Strong understanding of international curricula, particularly British curriculum standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a school-wide culture of inclusion and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in strategic planning and school improvement initiatives.

Preferred

• Experience in leading a school through expansion or growth phases.
• Familiarity with UAE educational policies and the MOE framework.
• Background in school leadership within an international or multicultural setting.
• Strong record in driving academic excellence and student achievement.
