Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of educators and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the school’s mission and values.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider community.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality Montessori education.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Manage and grow the school’s presence in the local and wider Montessori education network.
- Collaborate with the Maria Montessori Institute to advance training and outreach programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a Montessori school or similar educational institution.
- Deep understanding and commitment to the Montessori method and philosophy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in team building, problem solving, and leadership.
- Excellent organisational and strategic planning abilities.
Preferred
- Experience in managing a multi-site school environment.
- Background in educational leadership or administration.
- Knowledge of UK education policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in training or mentoring educators.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum.
- Relocation fee of up to £7,000, if applicable.
