Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a school setting, preferably within the Cambridge system.
- Deep knowledge of Cambridge curriculum, assessment, and review processes.
- Strong experience in coaching and developing teaching staff.
- Ability to use data effectively to improve outcomes.
- Experience in managing operations, budgets, and risk with discipline.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
