Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in a school setting, preferably within the Cambridge system.
  • Deep knowledge of Cambridge curriculum, assessment, and review processes.
  • Strong experience in coaching and developing teaching staff.
  • Ability to use data effectively to improve outcomes.
  • Experience in managing operations, budgets, and risk with discipline.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
