Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Headmaster with daily administrative tasks and schedule management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, events, and communications on behalf of the Headmaster
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Ensure the efficient use of school resources and systems
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
- Provide general administrative support to the Headmaster’s office
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly
- Professional attitude towards confidentiality and discretion
Preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or educational setting
