Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop outstanding teaching and learning across the school
- Ensure high standards of progress, attainment, and achievement for all students
- Provide strong leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment
- Implement and manage whole school initiatives that enhance the educational experience
- Maintain and build on the school's outstanding Ofsted rating and reputation
- Work closely with the governing body, parents, and the local parish community
- Promote the school’s mission and values through effective communication and leadership
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A practicing Catholic with a clear vision and strong commitment to Catholic education
- Proven experience in senior leadership within a school setting
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-quality teaching and learning
- Strong communication and management skills
- A track record of supporting staff development and school improvement
Preferred
- Experience in leading a school with an outstanding Ofsted rating
- Background in curriculum development and implementation
- Experience with pastoral care and emotional well-being initiatives
