Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the school’s operations, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and respect across the school community.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and attainment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community, parents, and stakeholders.
- Promote the school’s mission and values, ensuring alignment with the trust’s vision and goals.
- Support staff development and professional growth, creating a motivated and cohesive team.
- Oversee the management of resources, budgets, and school infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and educational requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a secondary school setting, ideally as a Headteacher or senior leader.
- Strong track record in improving student achievement and school performance.
- Deep commitment to inclusion, diversity, and student well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Experience in managing large teams and leading strategic development.
Preferred
- Experience in a multi-academy trust or similar educational partnership.
- Background in leading school improvement initiatives or transformation projects.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and educational policy.
- Experience in community engagement and partnership building.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex challenges and drive positive change.
