Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher, Head of School, or Deputy Headteacher.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of whole-school improvement.
- Strong commitment to inclusive education and academic excellence.
- Excellent teaching experience with a focus on student achievement.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of curriculum development and delivery.
Preferred
- Experience in visual and performing arts education.
- Strong background in pastoral care and student support.
- Experience in leading successful school improvement projects.
- Familiarity with co-educational and non-denominational school environments.
- Experience in leading school visits and engaging with the wider community.
