Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Headteacher, Head of School, or Deputy Headteacher.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of whole-school improvement.
  • Strong commitment to inclusive education and academic excellence.
  • Excellent teaching experience with a focus on student achievement.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of curriculum development and delivery.

Preferred

  • Experience in visual and performing arts education.
  • Strong background in pastoral care and student support.
  • Experience in leading successful school improvement projects.
  • Familiarity with co-educational and non-denominational school environments.
  • Experience in leading school visits and engaging with the wider community.
