Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead a new school, ensuring it reflects the values and mission of the organisation
  • Translate vision into strategy, inspiring staff and students to achieve beyond expectations
  • Build a culture of aspiration, resilience, and personal growth
  • Recruit, support, and develop a talented team, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Ensure operational excellence, safeguarding, and compliance from the outset
  • Implement effective teaching and learning strategies tailored to student needs
  • Monitor and evaluate school performance, driving continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strong community engagement

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher
  • Experience supporting pupils with diverse and complex learning and behavioural needs
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and school improvement processes
  • Experience in budget and resource management
  • Relevant teaching qualification

Preferred

  • Experience in leading school transformation or new school development
  • Strong track record in school improvement and raising standards
  • Experience with innovative teaching methods and student-centred learning
  • Experience in leading a team through change and growth
