The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead a new school, ensuring it reflects the values and mission of the organisation
- Translate vision into strategy, inspiring staff and students to achieve beyond expectations
- Build a culture of aspiration, resilience, and personal growth
- Recruit, support, and develop a talented team, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Ensure operational excellence, safeguarding, and compliance from the outset
- Implement effective teaching and learning strategies tailored to student needs
- Monitor and evaluate school performance, driving continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strong community engagement
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher
- Experience supporting pupils with diverse and complex learning and behavioural needs
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and school improvement processes
- Experience in budget and resource management
- Relevant teaching qualification
Preferred
- Experience in leading school transformation or new school development
- Strong track record in school improvement and raising standards
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and student-centred learning
- Experience in leading a team through change and growth
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
