Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational and strategic leadership to drive continuous improvement and raise achievement.
- Uphold and promote the school’s Catholic mission, values and identity.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, professional development and high expectations.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, the local community and the Diocese of Brentwood.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality education and pastoral care across all levels of the school.
- Support the development and well-being of staff and students.
- Maintain the highest standards of governance, leadership and ethical practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A practising and committed Roman Catholic with the personal faith and integrity to lead a Catholic school.
- Proven senior leadership experience as a Headteacher, Head of School or Deputy Headteacher.
- A clear commitment to Catholic education and inclusive comprehensive values.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high-performing school community.
Preferred
- Experience in leading a school with a strong Catholic identity.
- Experience in managing large-scale school improvement initiatives.
- Experience in working with the Diocese of Brentwood or similar Catholic educational institutions.
