Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and lead a whole-school digital strategy, embedding technology as a driver of inclusion, engagement, and improved outcomes.
  • Establish and sustain a culture of learning and high expectations, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning is the norm in every classroom.
  • Take strategic responsibility for curriculum ambition and coherence, aligning design with Trust priorities and ensuring inclusivity and future focus.
  • Champion professional learning and leadership development, embedding high-quality CPD and talent development across the school.
  • Secure sustained improvement in standards and outcomes, fostering a reflective, research-informed professional culture.
  • Provide bold, values-driven leadership and set the strategic direction for the school’s future.
  • Lead with integrity, inspiring, supporting, and appropriately challenging others to achieve the highest standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven record of strategic school improvement and securing high-quality education at scale.
  • Experience as a senior leader with a strong track record and readiness to assume full strategic accountability.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and challenge others.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to make learning, inclusion, and ambition central to strategic decisions.
  • Commitment to building trust through visible leadership and high expectations.

Preferred

  • Experience with curriculum design and innovation.
  • Experience in leading digital transformation in education.
  • Background in professional development and talent acceleration.
  • Familiarity with vocational and technical pathways in education.
