Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role within a successful independent school.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A deep understanding of the independent education sector and its challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with parents, staff, and the wider community.
