Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role within a successful independent school.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • A deep understanding of the independent education sector and its challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with parents, staff, and the wider community.
  • A commitment to the school’s values of honesty, responsibility, respect, and kindness.

Preferred

  • Experience in managing a school with a strong focus on inclusion and diversity.
  • A track record of academic excellence and pastoral care success.
  • Familiarity with digital technology in education and a commitment to innovation in teaching and learning.
