Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the school with a clear vision, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance academic standards and student outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Trust, local community, and stakeholders.
- Support the professional development of staff and promote a culture of collaboration.
- Ensure the school’s inclusive ethos is embedded in all aspects of teaching and learning.
- Oversee the effective management of the school’s resources and operations.
- Work closely with the Local Governing Board to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Inspire and motivate students, staff, and the wider community to achieve excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status or NQT with recent UK classroom experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a school setting, ideally as a Headteacher or deputy.
- Strong track record in maintaining high academic standards and improving student outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strategic thinking and innovative approach to education and school management.
Preferred
- Experience working within a Multi Academy Trust.
- Experience with inclusive education and supporting students with special educational needs.
- Familiarity with the current secondary curriculum and willingness to train in new areas.
- Experience in managing a large, diverse student population.
