Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership and management of the school.
- Develop and implement policies that support the school’s vision and mission.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, staff, and the wider community.
- Support and lead professional development for teaching and support staff.
- Monitor and evaluate school performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Learning Partnership to share best practice and drive innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership, management, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.
- A forward-thinking, innovative, and visionary approach to education.
- Commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar partnership.
- Experience with school development and improvement strategies.
- Experience in managing large, multi-site educational institutions.
- Experience in leading curriculum development and delivery.
- Experience in fostering a culture of high achievement and positive behaviour.
