Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership and management of the school.
  • Develop and implement policies that support the school’s vision and mission.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture.
  • Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, staff, and the wider community.
  • Support and lead professional development for teaching and support staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate school performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Learning Partnership to share best practice and drive innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, management, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.
  • A forward-thinking, innovative, and visionary approach to education.
  • Commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar partnership.
  • Experience with school development and improvement strategies.
  • Experience in managing large, multi-site educational institutions.
  • Experience in leading curriculum development and delivery.
  • Experience in fostering a culture of high achievement and positive behaviour.
