Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Degree in a relevant field
- NPQH qualification
- Strong understanding of education legislation and special education frameworks
- Deep commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- Confidence in leading schools through Ofsted frameworks and inspection readiness
Preferred
- Experience in leading improvement in special needs education
- Background in developing and managing a multidisciplinary team
- Proven track record in driving school performance and achieving high standards
