Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • NPQH qualification
  • Strong understanding of education legislation and special education frameworks
  • Deep commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
  • Confidence in leading schools through Ofsted frameworks and inspection readiness

Preferred

  • Experience in leading improvement in special needs education
  • Background in developing and managing a multidisciplinary team
  • Proven track record in driving school performance and achieving high standards
