The Opportunity:
As Headteacher, you will lead the strategic development and direction of the school, ensuring high-quality education for all students. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to shape a vibrant and forward-thinking school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning across all key stages.
- Develop and implement a clear vision, culture, and strategic direction for the school.
- Work closely with the Trust leadership to support and enhance the school’s academic and operational performance.
- Ensure the school continues to meet and exceed high standards in student achievement and well-being.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and professional development for all staff.
- Represent the school in the local community and with external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate school performance, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.
- Support the development of the school’s curriculum and extracurricular programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role within education.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A relevant teaching qualification and leadership experience.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational partnership.
- A track record of improving school performance and raising standards.
- Experience in curriculum development and school improvement planning.
- Experience with Ofsted inspections and school self-evaluation.
