The Opportunity:

As Headteacher, you will lead the strategic development and direction of the school, ensuring high-quality education for all students. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to shape a vibrant and forward-thinking school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning across all key stages.
  • Develop and implement a clear vision, culture, and strategic direction for the school.
  • Work closely with the Trust leadership to support and enhance the school’s academic and operational performance.
  • Ensure the school continues to meet and exceed high standards in student achievement and well-being.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and professional development for all staff.
  • Represent the school in the local community and with external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate school performance, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Support the development of the school’s curriculum and extracurricular programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role within education.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A relevant teaching qualification and leadership experience.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational partnership.
  • A track record of improving school performance and raising standards.
  • Experience in curriculum development and school improvement planning.
  • Experience with Ofsted inspections and school self-evaluation.
