Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of staff to deliver an exceptional educational experience for all students.
- Develop and implement a consistent and effective behaviour policy that promotes a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Foster strong partnerships with parents, local schools, and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in academic outcomes and student well-being.
- Support the delivery of innovative programmes such as the Six Horizons initiative.
- Ensure the school maintains and enhances its reputation as a leading institution for boys’ education.
- Collaborate with the Pioneer Educational Trust to leverage resources and expertise.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, high expectations, and personal development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or in senior leadership within a secondary school.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Deep understanding of curriculum development, student welfare, and school improvement strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commitment to the school’s vision of developing ethical future leaders.
Preferred
- Experience in leading school transformation or improvement projects.
- Familiarity with innovative educational initiatives and digital learning platforms.
- Background in working within a multi-academy trust or similar collaborative structures.
- Experience in developing and delivering personal development programmes for students.
