Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a senior leader in education, with a track record of school improvement and raising standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
- Commitment to inclusion, achievement, and the holistic development of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing large-scale educational institutions.
Preferred
- Experience working in a school with a focus on inclusion and special needs.
- Knowledge of current educational policies and initiatives.
- Experience in leading successful school improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and student achievement strategies.
