Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a senior leader in education, with a track record of school improvement and raising standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
  • Commitment to inclusion, achievement, and the holistic development of students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing large-scale educational institutions.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a school with a focus on inclusion and special needs.
  • Knowledge of current educational policies and initiatives.
  • Experience in leading successful school improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and student achievement strategies.
