Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role in education.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of school improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A deep understanding of the Christian ethos and its application in education.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective school policies and strategies.

Preferred

  • Experience in a Church of England school or similar setting.
  • Experience of working with diverse student and staff populations.
  • Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school inspection processes.
  • Experience in community engagement and partnership development.
