Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role in education.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of school improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A deep understanding of the Christian ethos and its application in education.
- Ability to develop and implement effective school policies and strategies.
Preferred
- Experience in a Church of England school or similar setting.
- Experience of working with diverse student and staff populations.
- Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school inspection processes.
- Experience in community engagement and partnership development.
