Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Senior Leadership Team and staff to achieve the school’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement a clear vision for the school’s future growth and development.
- Foster a cohesive and supportive school community that values academic excellence and pastoral care.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of school operations, including curriculum, staff development, and student welfare.
- Work collaboratively with the Governing Board to ensure alignment with the school’s long-term goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development for all staff.
- Ensure the school maintains its high standards of education and care for students of all backgrounds and beliefs.
- Represent the school externally and build strong relationships with parents, the local community, and other educational institutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in senior leadership within education.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic planning.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience in leading a successful and growing school environment.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and excellence.
Preferred
- Experience in a coeducational setting with a diverse student population.
- Familiarity with independent school governance and operations.
- Experience in promoting and developing pastoral care and student welfare.
- Background in fostering intercultural understanding and community engagement.
