Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
Valid teaching license or willingness to obtain one.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the high school level.
Strong knowledge of literature, composition, and literary analysis.
Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students.

Preferred

Experience with differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices.
Familiarity with technology integration in the classroom.
Experience with AP English or IB curriculum.
