Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in curriculum delivery and resource management.
Assist with planning, monitoring, and assessing student progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of curriculum delivery and classroom management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to inclusive education and student welfare.
Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Preferred

Experience in a school setting within a multi-academy trust.
Familiarity with teaching and learning strategies that promote independent learning.
Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
